Yesterday we launched new content from Arielle Fanelli and we're fairly certain it will have you "all smiles", which is pretty important right now! Arielle is such a bright, positive, caring person and her good-natured sensibility always shines through her Yoga Wake Up sessions, particularly her reggae-backed "Midday Mind Reset". She's all about making you feel good and REMINDING YOU that it is your right to feel good! We all deserve it!

YOUR AM ROUTINE
I start with a Green Gut Shot and Immunity Booster, followed by some bone broth. Then I usually take Dusty, my pup, on a little walk.
WHY I PRACTICE
It allows me to reconnect to myself, and to find joy regardless of what's happening around me.
YOUR PM ROUTINE
I make tea for my husband and I, and read Oh! The Places You'll Go! to my baby (he's 38 weeks in my belly) and then head to bed!
