  • On which devices is Yoga Wake Up available?
    ​Yoga Wake Up is available on Android and iOS devices (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch).
  • What version of iOS is needed for the app?
    Yoga Wake Up requires iOS 10 or later.
  • What version of Android is needed for the app?
    Android 5.0 (LOLLIPOP)
  • Is the app available in all countries?
    Yes, the app is available in every country on the App Store or Google Play. The pricing is for customers in the United States. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on your country of residency.
  • How do I set my Yoga Wake Up to play as an alarm?
    All content may be played on demand. To set a Yoga Wake Up to play as an alarm, you must tap "Wake up to this" on any eligible content. Then, set the time of your bedtime reminder and wakeup time, the day of your wakeup, and the volume. Be sure to swipe right when you receive the bedtime reminder notification as this opens the app before bedtime, ensuring the alarm will sound as set.
  • I downloaded the app, but don’t know how to download a particular video. How do I do this?"
    Actually, Yoga Wake Up is an audio-only app. There are no videos to download, just audio!
  • Can I set a wakeup for more than one day a week?
    Yes! When you are setting up a wakeup, click all the days of the week that you want to wake up to it.
  • How do I turn off a wakeup alarm?
    When you set a wakeup, it shows up in the “My Wakeups” tab on the app. There, you can turn on and off different wakeups by flipping the on and off toggle on the right side of your screen.
  • Do I need to leave the app running in the foreground of my device?
    We are doing everything we can to run in the background, but due to restrictions outside our control, you must leave the app running in the foreground for the alarm to work. You are still able to press the lock button to turn your screen off.
  • Is there a volume setting?
    Yes! When setting your audio alarm, you can set the volume by sliding the volume lever to the left and right. You can also adjust the volume when listening to to your session by clicking the volume button, then sliding the lever to the left and right.
  • Is there a brightness setting?
    Yes! When listening to your Yoga Wake Up session, you can increase and decrease the brightness by clicking on the brightness button on your screen, then sliding the lever to the left and right.
  • Can I rewind or fast-forward a session?
    No, you cannot rewind or fast-forward through a wakeup. You can stop the wakeup by clicking on the “stop” button on your screen or snooze the wakeup by clicking on the “pause” button.
  • How do I restore my purchases on the app?
    There are two ways to restore your purchases on the app: Go to the “Profile” section of the app and click “downloads.” Then click “Restore Purchases.” Go to the “Profile” section of the app and click on the settings gear icon in the top right of your screen. There, click on “Restore Purchases.”
  • How can I manage the notifications I receive?
    You can manage your notifications from the “Settings” app on your device. There, you can turn notifications on or off. However, notification must be set to on in order to set an alarm or use the wakeup functionality of the app.
  • How much is a subscription?
    A Yoga Wake Up subscription is $9.99 per month, $34.99 for 6 months or $53.99 per year. It will be charged through your iTunes or Google Play account. At the end of the term, your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled. You will be charged for the regular price of the subscription within 24 hours prior to the end of the current term. You can turn off automatic renewal in your iTunes account settings, but you must do so at least 24 hours before the end of the current term. Refunds will not be provided for the unused portion of any term. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.
  • Why can’t I access some of the sessions?
    Some Yoga Wake Up sessions are reserved for Premium users. You must purchase a subscription in order to access them.
  • How do I purchase a subscription?
    There are two ways you can purchase a subscription: Go to the “Profile” tab on the app and click on the settings gear icon in the top right of your screen. Under “Subscription Plan,” click on the gold “subscribe” button. Or you can always click on a locked session, then scroll down and click “Subscribe to wake up to this.”
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    To cancel your subscription, go to the “Profile” tab on the app and click on the settings gear icon in the top right of your screen. Under “Subscription Plan,” click the grey “Cancel” button. It will redirect you to your iTunes account in the App Store to cancel the subscription.
  • How do I sign up for the 7-day free trial?
    There are two ways to sign up for the 7-day free trial: Go to the “Profile” tab on the app and click on the settings gear icon in the top right of your screen. Under “Subscription Plan,” click on the gold “subscribe” button. Then click “Start your trial.” Or click on a locked session, then scroll down and click “Subscribe to wake up to this.” Then click “Start your trial.”
  • How do I cancel the 7-day free trial?
    To cancel the 7-day free trial, go to the “Profile” tab on the app and click on the settings gear icon in the top right of your screen. Under “Subscription Plan,” click the grey “Cancel” button. It will redirect you to your iTunes account in the App Store to cancel the trial.
  • Can I integrate Yoga Wake Up with my Apple Health app?
    Yes! Yoga Wake Up may integrate with Apple Health to share your mindfulness moments, workouts, and sleep data. You can control this integration in the “Sources” tab of the Health app. ​
