MY WAKEUP TIME IS: Between 6:30am -7am
I CAN’T START MY MORNING WITHOUT: thanking God
BREAKFAST IS USUALLY: oranges
FAVORITE MORNING BEVERAGE IS: water lol but I also like my berry protein shakes
MY FAVORITE MOMENT IN THE MORNING IS: meditation
ON THE BEST MORNINGS I: do some cardio
I START WORKING BY: 9:30am
MORNING ARE NORMALLY FILLED WITH: reflection
I GET MY CREATIVE JUICES FLOWING BY: writing
HEALTHIEST DAILY HABIT: taking time to meditate even if it’s just 5 mins
I’M MOST OBSESSED WITH, CURRENTLY: my house plants
I’M USUALLY LISTENING TO: audiobooks
MY FAVORITE MORNING DISTRACTION: talking on the phone with my BFF
ALWAYS THINKING ABOUT LUNCH AT: depends on my schedule but usually around 1pm
MY CURRENT MANTRA: Everything is working in my favor
