Be Cool on St. Patty's Day with Café Gratitude's Epic Mint Chip Shake

Café Gratitude, one of our favorite vegan restaurants in LA, makes an incredible vegan mint chocolate chip shake dubbed "I AM COOL." We thought it would be festive on St. Patty's Day to whip this up at home. Here's a very close recipe created by the folks at PopSugar so you can get your I AM COOL fix anywhere in the world.

If you don't have Green Vibrance powder, it can be left out.


Vegan Mint Chocolate Shake "I AM COOL"

  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup dairy-free vanilla ice cream (like So Delicious)

  • 1 handful mint leaves (stems OK)

  • 2 teaspoons or half a packet of Green Vibrance green food supplement (optional)

  • 3 large ice cubes

  • 1/2 cup or more unsweetened dairy-free milk of choice

  • Pinch of Himalayan sea salt


Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Thin out with more almond milk if needed.
