Happy (almost) New Year... 2018 had its ups and many, many downs, and I don't know about y'all, but we're really ready for a clean slate and are already starting to make some plans for a new and improved EVERYTHING in 2019.

Recently, Joaquin and I got to talking about our own New Year's resolutions and general plans for personal and professional growth moving forward. If only there were a resource that could genuinely keep us inspired and digging at our goals all year...

That's when we realized, Yoga Wake Up goes far beyond its obvious appeal - yoga in bed - it's about creating healthy habits, rituals morning and night that get you off scrolling social media, improve your mood, increase flexibility and endurance of body, mind and spirit, and ultimately, lead to personal transformation.

Yoga Wake Up is an affordable personal coach, a pep talk, and a tool to be used for encouragement not simply to practice more yoga, but to do and be anything or anyone you want!

Isn't that why we all love yoga anyway? Because of how it makes us feel? Because of its emphasis on intention, purpose and ultimately, achieving your life's goals?

Thrilled at the idea of being able to help you with your personal achievement, we got to work with some of our favorite yogis and recorded all new amazing content for you around goal setting. We took what we thought were the most common challenges one faces in keeping their resolutions and created five recordings tailored to helping you (and us) to STAY THE COURSE!

This New Year, if you find yourself falling off course, try "Breathe Through It" by Vance Vlasek, and learn different breathing exercises to calm your mind and remind you of your focus. Is your resolution something big, something tough? Then try "Handle It" and remember your WHY. Did you resolve to use social media less (if not, maybe you want to!) If so try Arielle Marie Fanelli's AM and PM sequences dedicated to being more present. Feeling like you need a confidence boost or some self-love, play Vance's "Mystery and Freedom" and remember that you can do anything you set your mind to.
