About Last Night... The Beautiful Pink Latte from Our Dreams


It's cooling down and as a result, we need more morning motivation in the form of delectable, warm beverages at breakfast time. This recipe comes from Natural Fit Foodie, and it's the pink latte of your most amazing dreams. This warm beet latte is a delicious, nourishing drink great at supporting your body's detoxification process and a natural blood builder.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized pre cooked beet

  • 1 cup non dairy milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 tablespoon collagen peptides omit if vegan

  • 1 teaspoon MCT oil

  • 1 teaspoon lucuma powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon organic ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1/2 teaspoon organic ground ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon Ashwaghanda root powder

Instructions

  1. Blend 1 pre cooked beet with 1/2 cup water and 1 cup nut milk.

  2. Add mixture to a small saucepan on low heat and warm through.

  3. Return the mixture to your blender and add superfoods. Collagen will make the drink super creamy and frothy so don't skip it.

  4. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
