These Wakeups are Best for Brightening Your Day.



It's safe to say many of us were blindsided by the devastating loss we experienced in the last couple weeks with regard to the passing of Anthony Bourdain and Kate Spade, and the subsequent avalanche of news and social media updates around the rising rates of depression and toll of deaths by suicide.

It is markedly a difficult time in history and while we do not want to ever discredit the sadness or pain that anyone at all is experiencing, we want to encourage our Yoga Wake Up family to always remember, you are not alone. You are not suffering alone and while we all manage grief, depression, sadness, and really, all feelings-- differently, at the end of the day, we all experience these feelings at some time or another. It is how we deal with them that can make the difference in the satisfaction and peace that we feel in our lives.

With that said, we started Yoga Wake Up because we wanted to have a positive impact on your lives in those first moments of your day, when you have a blank slate and a new opportunity to live your life fully.
