Post Vacation, Anti-Bloat Smoothie Recipe
With summer coming to an end soon, this post vacation, anti-bloat smoothie recipe from Philosophie is a great way to come off of any vacation feeling rejuvenated. This smoothie works wonders to detox your body with the hydrating effects of coconut.
8 ounces coconut water or nut milk
3 ounces aloe juice
2 handfuls organic fresh greens (I used spinach)
1 handful fresh mint
1 frozen banana
1 handful of parsley
1 tablespoon Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend
1 tablespoon Cacao Magic Superfood + Protein Blend
1 tablespoon Coconut Bliss Coconut Butter
½ scoop organic vanilla Whey Powder
a pinch of cinnamon
Blend all ingredients in high speed blender. Add toppings if you'd like, and store leftovers in a travel jar to sip on throughout the day!
