Teaching yoga classes since her early twenties, Jen has been participating in and teaching teacher trainings, workshops and retreats for nearly 20 years. Jen runs Retreat Yourself Well, a high end yoga retreat company that specializes in quality not quantity in addition to teaching yoga exclusively for Equinox throughout the city of Los Angeles. Jen has planned over 150 retreats for herself and countless other teachers. Her approach to her career is come loving or go home. She recognizes that you are what you are willing to give, not what you have.
