Laurel Erilane believes that everyone is a yogi, some people just don't know it yet. Yoga is the most primal and instinctual thing you can do with your body, which directly supports the evolution of your mind. She found the practice, in her adolescence, as a form of physical therapy when sports injuries prevented her from playing. Over the past decade, she has helped thousands heal from daily stress, chronic pain, trauma, addiction, and clinical disorders. She has taught internationally on retreats and at festivals in addition to co-producing several wellness events. She loves the outdoors, all forms of movement, and feels that all people should be treated equally as our sense of community creates your reality.
